90 ADM-10: Claiming Reimbursement: Services Payments on the Schedules G and G-2.

I. Purpose
This directive is to notify you about modifications to the Schedule G
(DSS-1372) - Services for Recipients and the Schedule G-2 (DSS-2109) -
Summary of Payments for Day Care effective October 1, 1989. The
Schedule G is used to claim Federal and/or State reimbursement for
purchase of services (POS) expenditures made at the local level. The
G-2 represents a summary of all day care included as either a cash
grant or as a purchased service. The purchased services day care
payments support the day care line of the Schedule G.

Separate Schedule G`s and G-2's for public and private purchase of
services are no longer required. The Schedule G-3 Preventive Services
(DSS-3552) and the RF-10 Payments for Day Care Services (DSS-3675)
have been eliminated. Payments previously reported on these schedules
have been incorporated into the Schedule G. The day care services
from the RF-10 has also been included on the Schedule G-2. The
Schedules G and G-2 and their respective instructions have been
revised to include these expenditures as well as the inclusion of
Child Protective Pre-determination and Post-determination payments.
