I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Administrative Directive is to notify local social
services districts of:
1) the new income standards to be used when determining eligibility
under the Buy-In provisions of the Medical Assistance Program.
2) the new effective dates of eligibility under the Buy-In
provisions of the Medical Assistance Program.
