90 ADM-5: Claiming Burial Expenses Under the Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) Program
I. PURPOSE This directive informs local districts of the addition of a new subdivision (m) to Department Regulation 352.7 which requires that the burial of an ADC applicant/recipient must be claimed as a special need under the ADC Program.
