I. PURPOSE
This Directive advises social services districts of:
A. an increase in the family member allowance used in determining
the eligibility of institutionalized spouses, effective July 1,
1991, and
B. a change in the entitlement of the community spouse to the
community spouse monthly income allowance (CSMIA).
