91 ADM-30: Treatment of Income-Producing Property as a Resource for Medical Assistance Applicants/Recipients

I. PURPOSE
This Directive advises social services districts of changes relating
to the treatment of income-producing property as a resource in determining Medical Assistance (MA) eligibility for applicants/recipients (A/Rs) related to the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) programs. Clarification of the treatment of income-producing property and real property as a resource in determining MA eligibility for Home Relief (HR)-related A/Rs is also provided in this Directive.
