91 ADM-26: Updated Federal Poverty Income Guidelines for Medical Assistance Eligibility
I. PURPOSE This Administrative Directive advises social services districts of the annual update of the federal income official poverty line (poverty line). The poverty line is the basis for the Medical Assistance (MA) income eligibility standards applied to several categories of MA applicants/recipients.
