91 ADM-24: Personal Care Services: Exceptions to the Mandatory Trend Factor for 1991 Medical Assistance Personal Care Services Rates

I. PURPOSE:
This administrative directive informs social services districts of the
conditions under which exceptions to the 1991 mandatory trend factor for
contract/rate years beginning on or after July 1, 1990 will be considered
and outlines the specific information that must accompany each exception
request.
