I. PURPOSE
This Administrative Directive (ADM):
A. notifies social services districts of changes and clarifications
in the Medical Assistance (MA) program relating to liens and
recoveries; and
B. advises social services districts of new provisions in the
Surrogate's Court Procedure Act (SCPA) which affect the unclaimed
resources of a deceased MA recipient.
