92 ADM-44: Transfer of Resources: Changes in the Method of Calculating Transfer Penalty Periods
I. PURPOSE This Directive notifies social services districts of changes in the method of calculating the Medical Assistance (MA) penalty period when a federally-participating MA-Only applicant/recipient (A/R) has made more than one prohibited transfer of resources.
