92 ADM-31: Filing Unit Rules for Sanctioned Persons
I. PURPOSE The purpose of this release is to inform districts about a technical change to Department regulation 352.30(a). That change removes sanctioned persons from the group of individuals who are exempt from filing unit requirements.
