I. PURPOSE
This Directive describes the actions necessary to implement Social Services
Law (SSL) Section 367-e as added by Chapter 622 of the Laws of 1988, which authorizes the Medical Assistance (MA) Program to include payment for AIDS Home Care Programs (AHCPs).
