92 ADM-23: Medical Assistance Treatment of Resource Transfers for Recipients of Supplemental Security Income
I. PURPOSE This Directive notifies social services districts (districts) of action to be taken when they learn that a prohibited transfer of resources has been made by a Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipient or his or her spouse.
