92 ADM-14: Preventive Services: Using Parent/Child Consent to Share Information
I. PURPOSE This release advises social services districts and preventive services agencies of amendments to Section 423.7 of Department Regulations which allow the use of a child's or parent's informed consent to authorize the release of individually identifiable preventive services information to providers other than authorized or preventive services agencies.
