93 ADM-4: Furnishing of Social Security Numbers as a Condition of Public Assistance Household Eligibility

I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this release is to inform social services districts
(SSDs) of the regulatory revision in support of federal regulations
which requires that certain non-applying household members furnish
their Social Security Numbers (SSNs) as a condition of a household's
eligibility for public assistance.
