94 ADM-20: Preventing Homelessness and Providing Assistance to Homeless Persons
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this directive is to advise social services districts
(districts) of their responsibilities with respect to providing assistance to homeless persons and persons in danger of becoming homeless.
