94 ADM-1: Interim Assistance Reimbursement (IAR) For Non IV-E Child Welfare (CW) Benefits
I. PURPOSE This release notifies social service districts (SSDs) of an expansion of the State's definition of "interim assistance". This new definition is authorized under Chapter 41 of the Laws of 1992.
