I. PURPOSE
This Administrative Directive advises social services districts of:
A. Increases in the Medical Assistance (MA) Income and Resource
Standards.
B. The annual update of the federal income official poverty line
(federal poverty line).
1. The estimated federal poverty line effective January 1,
1995 through June 30, 1995.
2. The actual federal poverty line published in February 1995
and effective July 1, 1995.
