96 ADM-19: Family-Type Homes for Adults: Revisions to Part 489 of
Department Regulations

I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this directive is to advise local social services
districts of recent revisions to Part 489 of the Department's
regulations and their implications on the Family-Type Home for Adults
(FTHA) Program. The revisions to Part 489 became effective on November
15, 1996.
