04-INF-04: HEAP 2004-2005 Needs Assessment Public Hearings
I. Purpose The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance will conduct two needs assessment public hearings to provide for public input on the development of the 2004-2005 New York State Plan for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).
