The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to issue the Committee on Special Education (CSE) Maintenance rates for out-of-state residential schools approved by the State Education Department (SED). These CSE Maintenance rates are effective for the period July 1, 2004, to June 30, 2005.
