The purpose of this GIS is to notify you that the New York State Office for the Aging is sponsoring a Listening Tour over the Summer and into the Fall to engage in an informal conversation with Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) and other important stakeholders regarding the designing of a long term care point of entry (POE) system and Project 2015.
