02 OCFS LCM-20 The purpose of this LCM is to provide guidance on the use of donated funds for up to 17.5 percent of expenditures for Preventive Services and Independent Living Services pursuant to section 153-k.1.(b) of the Social Services Law, enacted as part of the Governor’s Child Welfare Finance legislation.
