02 OCFS LCM-16: Child Care: Revised Market Rates

02 OCFS LCM-16 The purpose of this release is to advise social services districts of revised regulations related to market rates and the maximum reimbursement for expenditures for all child care services funded under the New York State Child Care Block Grant (NYSCCBG) and Social Services Block Grant (Title XX). The new market rate regulations were filed as a notice of proposed rule on October 1, 2001 and social services districts, as well as the public, have the opportunity to comment on the regulations before final adoption. The public comment period ends November 30, 2001. At the same time, the regulations were filed on an emergency basis and are effective on October 1, 2001.
