GIS 02TA/WMS008 This is an "Upstate Only" message indicating that because of an erroneous date in a recent mailing, workers must not take negative action on periodic reporting cases who do not return March mailers prior to April 16th. Local districts will be responsible for following up on non-returned and incomplete Periodic Reporting Letters.
