02 OCFS INF-03: Consolidated Services Plan: Income Eligibility Standards Effective June 1, 2002

02 OCFS INF-03 The purpose of this letter is to transmit the new income standards to be used in determining eligibility for services. State income standards are established for all family sizes using the poverty guidelines updated periodically in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 9902(2). Local district eligibility levels are recorded in Appendix F of the local district Consolidated Services Plan or Integrated County Plan and are used as input to the district’s Title XX services matrix within the Welfare Management System.
