01 OCFS LCM-19 The purpose of this memorandum is to provide social services districts with their allocations for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2001-2002 (April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002) of the following:
Family and Children’s Services Block Grant (F&CSBG) $533,500,000
Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Transfer to Title XX $241,000,000
TANF-Emergency Assistance to Families (EAF) Set-Aside for Child Welfare $100,000,000
TANF-EAF for Juvenile Delinquents and Persons In Need of Supervision (JD/PINS) $ 80,000,000
TANF-EAF for New York City Tuition $ 36,000,000
In addition this memorandum contains a chart displaying the net impact on the SFY 2001-2002 Family and Children’s Services Block Grant allocation by the application of the allocation of various Federal funds.
