The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to inform social services districts of their allocation and maintenance of effort (MOE) levels for the New York State Child Care Block Grant (NYSCCBG) subsidy program for the period April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002, and to explain the allowable uses for these federal and State funds.
