The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you that on June 11, 1998 the Office of Children and Family Services formally accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Title IV-E Waiver Demonstration Project as offered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The final Terms and Conditions are the same as those distributed and presented at the Winter NYPWA conference on January 29 and discussed at subsequent meetings in each of the regions over the last few months. Attached is a copy of those Terms and Conditions.
