The initial offering of the Welfare Fraud Investigator Training Institute will be piloted at the New York State Police Training Academy in Albany, December 7-11, 1998. This Institute is a five-day residential program for new welfare fraud investigators to improve job skills and provide investigators with a better understanding of their job responsibilities.
