97 LCM-22 Explains that because the welfare reform act revised the SSI Program definition of disability for children and eliminated the Individualized Functional Assessment which resulted from the Zebley Supreme Court decision, state review teams will use the new criteria to determine disability status for the Medicaid program once newly released federal regulations are evaluated by the state.
