97 LCM-19: Child Care: Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Subsidy Program Allocations

The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to inform social services districts of their allocation and maintenance of effort levels for the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) subsidy program for the period beginning October 1, 1996. CCDBG provides day care subsidies for eligible families who need child care in order to work, seek employment, attend an approved job training or educational program, or as part of a child protective services case.
