This memorandum advises you of the maximum state aid rates (MSARs) and SILP rates for foster care programs, and the CSE maintenance rates for approved residential schools for the period July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998. The rates that are promulgated in this LCM are calculated using the approved reimbursement methodology for the period July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998.
