97 INF-4: Temporary Assistance to Needy Families

97 INF-4 This INF provides the districts with notice of the changes that will result from the new State Plan that became effective on December 2, 1996. Districts must identify and begin tracking TANF families for purpose of five year time limit. Most other changes, according to the Letter, will have to await state law changes.
