The purpose of this ADM is to advise local districts of:
A. the January 1990 federa1 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) in Social security (RSDI) benefits, and its impact on PA, MA, SSI and FS;
B. the pass-through of the January 1, 1990 federal COLA in federal Supplenental Security Income (SSI) benefits;
C. the impact of the increased SSI Congregate Care benefit levels and increased mininum personal needs allowance (PNAs).
