97 OMM/ADM-3 This December 8,1997 release advises social services districts of the January, 1997 increases in: the maximum protected resource amount for a community spouse, the community spouse's minimum monthly maintenance needs allowance and the family member allowance. These amounts are used in determining the Medicaid eligibility of an institutionalized spouse.
