00 ADM-8 This ADM advises districts of the statewide implementation of the electronic benefit transfer system. This system replaces the upstate EBICS and the NYC EPFT systems. On November 2, 2000 OTDA issued a correction to this ADM. In the column entitled "RELEASES CANCELLED" 97 ADM-21 should be deleted since it was not cancelled by this ADM.
