00 OMM ADM-8: Increase In level of Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA) to $700

00 OMM ADM-8 Notifies local districts of the July 1, 1999 revision in determining SGA based on an individual's gross earnings from work activities. The change increased SGA from $500 to $700 a month and applies to people applying for SSI and SSD benefits and is used to determine Medicaid eligibility under the SSI-related disability category.
