The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to inform the Social Services Districts (districts) of changes in the Legally-Exempt Child Care Provider (LECCP) enrollment process and of planned enhancements to the Child Care Facility System (CCFS) that will impact district procedures.
