The purpose of this General Information System (GIS) message is to inform local departments of social services (LDSS) of a supplement to informational booklets LDSS-4148A, “What You Should Know About Your Rights and Responsibilities” and LDSS-4148B, “What You Should Know About Social Services Programs” (also referred to as Books 1 and 2).
