The purpose of this GIS is to inform the local social services districts about a $35 increase, effective May 1, 2012, to the minimum NYSNIP food stamp benefit amounts received by NYSNIP participant households having Shelter Type Code ‘98- SSI Shelter Cost and SUA Unknown’. A Mass Re-budgeting/Re-Authorization will be run on March 17, 2012 to automatically re-budget eligible cases.
