The purpose of this GIS is to inform districts that the program period for ICS4 is extended through June 30, 2010. Expenditures charged against the ICS4 allocation must be made by June 30, 2010 and final claims associated with the ICS4 allocation must be submitted by August 15, 2010. OTDA expects that the funding awarded through 10-LCM-06 is generally sufficient to cover services for a four month period. The extension of the program period and claiming deadlines is intended to provide districts additional flexibility to fully expend and claim ICS4 allocations.
