10 TA/DC012: Extension of the 2009 Emergency Program Income Guidelines for Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) and Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children (EAF)
Each year, The United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) updates the official Federal Poverty Guidelines. OTDA uses these guidelines annually when establishing the income guidelines for Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) and Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children (EAF). The newly calculated income guidelines for ESNA and EAF become effective on April 1 each year.
