09 TA/DC005: Return Date for Mailing of LDSS-4310 Periodic Reports to Six-Month Reporting Food Stamp Households

Periodic Mailers (LDSS-4310's) for FS households subject to Periodic Reporting were printed on February 28th and mailed to recipients on Monday, March 2, 2009. The "Return By" Date on those mailers was inadvertently printed as March 10, 2009. Since the mailers were not sent until Monday, March 2, 2009, households will not be required to return them until Thursday, March 12, 2009. No action should be taken until after March 12, 2009 against households who have not returned a Periodic Report.
