Recent legislative activity prompted a review of the PEX process and forms. This ADM introduces revised PEX documents designed to provide notices specifically tailored to childm support judgment debtors/obligors. It provides a simplified and uniform process for asserting claims of mistake of fact or that money is exempt from restraint, levy, or execution. The ADM provides information about joint accounts and instructions regarding turn over proceedings.
