The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) has announced that the 2008 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Guidelines were published in the Federal Register on January 23, 2008.
The official figures are consistent with the estimated FPLs released in GIS 07 MA/025. The “New York State Income and Resource Standards and Federal Poverty Lines Effective January 1, 2008” chart (2 pages) is attached.
