The purpose of this Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM) is to provide social services districts with amended Foster Care Block Grant allocations for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2006–07. These allocations provide an additional $1.0 million in funding related to the cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) authorized by Part C of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2006.
