The purpose of this informational letter is to transmit the 2007 income standards to be used in determining eligibility for services.
State income standards are established using poverty guidelines [72 Fed Reg 3147] updated periodically in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under authority of 42 U.S.C. ยง9902(2).
