GIS 01 TA/WMS018 Advise districts that the mass closing of 1999-2000 upstate HEAP (CASE TYPE 60) which have had no activity since 9/30/00 was scheduled to begin Thursday, August 23, 2001. The GIS states that these cases will not be closed until Monday, August 27, 2001.
