GIS 01 MA/004
The purpose of this GIS is to inform local departments of Social Services of a proposed revenue project included in the Governor’s budget.
If enacted, this law will allow districts to submit a claim for FFP reimbursement of certain amounts paid for an inmate of a correctional facility or jail who receive inpatient services in a hospital, nursing facility, juvenile psychiatric facility, or intermediate care facility.
