This Policy Directive Replaces PD #05-12-SYS, PD #07-39-OPE and PB #01-01)
This policy directive is being revised to:
• notify staff of the resumption of computer matching for
Fleeing Felons, Probation, and Parole Violators, which was
suspended in November 2007 following a Court ruling that a
“fleeing felon” exists only when a Court or tribunal has
determined a person to have escaped, or to be fleeing to
avoid prosecution, custody or confinement for a felony or
attempted felony
